We want you to love your art supplies. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and quality reasons, used pens, opened paint sets, and customized items cannot be returned.
